The Florida Department of Health contracted with CIMES to develop updated versions of two online refresher courses for all employees and 9 courses specifically for new employees. The courses are being developed using Articulate software and will be provided to employees via Florida TRAIN. 

The project began with analysis of the scope of the content and needs of the targeted learners. That was followed by development of a design document to establish the look and feel of all the courses in the series. The CIMES team worked in close collaboration with Department of Health training and content experts to create a storyboard that presents the onscreen text and images, interactive features and learner engagments, learning checks, and narration script for each course.

These web-based courses feature beautiful (contemporary) design, live actor narration, computer narration, images, instruction, learner engagements, learning checks, and more.
