Many universities provide an immersive English language program for international students. Due to the unique needs of their students and the types of courses and services offered, such programs often develop their own separate systems for application, registration, evaluation, grading, and billing processes—rather than use their university's standard systems. CIMES developed a centralized business management system that gives all users a one-stop shop for the access and tools they need, whether they are applicants, students, faculty, or staff. Customized versions of this system are being used at the University of Houston, the University of Florida, Florida State University, and the Republic of Panama Campus of Florida State University.
