More Announcements Usability Services Essential to Website Use and Design

Developers at the Center for Information Management and Educational Services planned and successfully implemented new usability testing to evaluate California’s Web-based library portal, ROVER. The testing was facilitated by Brian Arsenault and Tricia Elton. They developed the goals of the usability training, which gauged a user's ability to accomplish specific system tasks and evaluate various aspects of site information and architecture. The feedback from users helped identify training needs, popular features, and areas that needed improvement.
